Who I Am
Born and raised in northern New Jersey, I eventually traded the Garden State for the Golden State—earning my degree in finance and business from San Diego State University.
I've been married to my incredible wife, Sandra, for over 32 years, and together we're raising our 11-year-old daughter, Halston. Family time is everything to us—whether we're indoor rock climbing, camping, biking, hitting the beach, or exploring Carmel. You’ll hopefully understand that I don’t work 24/7.
When I'm not working, you'll find me on a road or mountain bike, at the rink playing ice hockey, or on the pickleball court. I'm passionate about health, biohacking, and pretty much any activity involving sun, sand, or a little sweat. Over the years, I've completed 3 marathons, 3 Half Ironman triathlons, and more shorter distance triathlon races —not because I'm chasing medals, because I love the challenge. I believe: how you do something is how you do everything. That same discipline and commitment I have to my physical activities and my health show up in how I serve my clients. I approach every transaction—large or small—with the attention to detail, integrity, and fiduciary care I'd want for my own family.
My work also has a deeply personal side. After helping care for my mother through her dementia journey in assisted living and memory care, I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Today, I dedicate part of my practice to supporting seniors and families during difficult housing transitions- with empathy, patience, and clarity when it matters most. I also specialize in helping people who inherit a home navigate one of the toughest questions: sell as-is or invest in renovations? Using a proven, data-driven methodology, I remove the guesswork so my clients can make the best decision for their unique situation- and keep more money in their pocket. If you're having a real estate decision and want someone who genuinely cares about getting it right, let's talk.
