March 27, 2018 I'm just going to say that I talk a LOT and I am definitely NOT shy, so anyone that comes to my door or asks me a question, I will talk to! Sorry random real estate guy for talking your ear off for over half an hour. I felt badly so I made sure he had my address and name to send me info every 6 months on the market in the area. He wanted my phone number as well, and I was thinking "Dude did you not learn your lesson with me? I literally kept you on my porch talking about the housing market for half an hour and you want to repeat this every 6 months?" 😂🤣😂...." He checks in frequently, not only to make sure things are moving forward smoothly, but to check on YOU. He genuinely cares about people and I can't express enough how much that means to have someone like that on your side during stressful times!
